FASHION SCHOOL MASTER CLASS

Create Designer-Grade Products for Your Brand. Not Generic Branded Merchandise.

Turn your product idea into a proprietary, designer-quality product created specifically for your business. I’ll guide you one-on-one through product development, materials, factories, sampling, fit, production, and reordering so you can create products worthy of your brand , whether you plan to sell them, gift them, or use them inside your business.

One-to-One • Concept to Factory • Designer-Grade Product Development

YOUR BUSINESS ISN’T GENERIC. YOUR PRODUCTS SHOULDN’T BE EITHER.

Stop Putting Your Logo on Products That Could Belong to Anyone

Most branded merchandise starts with a generic product and adds a logo. FSMC starts with your business, your customer, and the experience you want the product to create, then develops the product itself around your brand.

01

Create Something Proprietary

Develop a product specifically for your business instead of choosing from the same blanks, catalogs, and promotional products available to everyone else.

02

Build It Properly

Make informed decisions about materials, construction, fit, sizing, details, and finishing so the product feels intentional and professionally developed.

03

Make It Repeatable

Finish with approved specifications, samples, factory relationships, and production information so the product can be produced and reordered again.

FROM IDEA TO PRODUCTION

A Complete Product Development Process for Your Brand

We take your idea through the same core development steps used to turn a concept into a real, manufacturable product.

01

Product Direction + Specifications

Define the product, purpose, design direction, construction, details, measurements, and specifications needed to communicate the idea clearly.

02

Materials + Factory Sourcing

Identify appropriate fabrics, trims, components, suppliers, and manufacturing partners based on the product you are creating.

03

Samples + Revisions

Develop samples, review construction and fit, make corrections, refine details, and continue development until the product is ready to move forward.

04

Production + Reordering

Prepare the approved product for production with the specifications, supplier information, factory relationship, and instructions needed to produce and reorder it.

HOW IT WORKS

Develop the Product Together. Build Something You Can Keep Producing.

FSMC is not a done-for-you promotional merchandise service. You participate in the development process while I teach, guide, review, recommend, and troubleshoot each stage with you.

01

Define

We clarify what you want to create, who it is for, how it will be used, the quality level, design direction, and business purpose behind the product.

02

Develop

We work through specifications, materials, factories, samples, fit, revisions, costing, and the production decisions required to get the product right.

03

Produce

Once the product is approved, you have the information, factory relationship, specifications, and production plan needed to manufacture and reorder it.

BUILT FROM REAL EXPERIENCE

16 Years Working With Products, Factories and Suppliers Around the World

I’ve spent 16 years developing clothing, working with factories and suppliers, testing materials, correcting samples, solving production problems, and learning what separates a product that simply has a logo from one that actually represents a brand.

FSMC brings that experience directly into your product-development process so you can make better decisions, avoid unnecessary mistakes, and create something designed specifically for your business.

Per Product Category

Work directly with me to develop one meaningful product category from concept through factory-ready production.

Typical development timeline: approximately 45–90 days

Examples of a product category include a T-shirt, hoodie, polo, sweater, hat, bag, or another meaningful product type. Different colors of the same established product do not automatically become separate $5,000 categories.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions Before You Get Started?

Here are answers to the most common questions about FSMC and the one-to-one product-development process.

Do I need fashion or product-development experience?

No. You do not need to be a designer or understand manufacturing before we begin. I guide you through the development process and explain the decisions we need to make along the way.

Is FSMC only for clothing brands?

No. FSMC is primarily designed for existing businesses and brands that want to create proprietary products for their customers, employees, members, events, gifting, retail, or other uses inside the business.

Can I sell the products or give them away?

Yes. The product can be developed to sell, gift, include with a service or membership, use internally, provide to VIP clients, or support whatever purpose makes sense for your business.

What counts as one product category?

A product type such as a polo, T-shirt, hoodie, sweater, hat, or bag is generally treated as one product category. Color variations of an already-developed product do not count as separate categories.

Do you manufacture the product yourself?

No. I help you identify and work with the appropriate trusted manufacturing partner. The goal is for you to finish the process with a direct factory relationship and the information needed to produce and reorder your product.

How long does product development take?

Most engagements are designed around approximately 45–90 days, although timing depends on the product, factory, materials, shipping, sampling, and the number of revisions required.

What happens if the factory does not work out?

If the factory we place the product with fails or is not a viable fit during the first year, I will help you identify a replacement manufacturing option. This is not a guarantee of sales or business results.

What happens after I enroll?

After checkout, you’ll receive the next steps for beginning your one-to-one product-development engagement and preparing for your first development session.
