Payments
Fees are due according to the payment terms presented when purchasing or enrolling.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment must be received before services, program access, or consultations are provided.
You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.
Scheduling and Appointments
You are responsible for attending scheduled appointments at the agreed date and time.
Cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies may be communicated separately depending on the service purchased.
Donovan Messner reserves the right to reschedule appointments when reasonably necessary.
Professional Styling Services
Styling recommendations are based on professional judgment, information provided by the client, budget, lifestyle, objectives, availability, and other relevant considerations.
Specific products, clothing, brands, retailers, or purchases may be recommended.
Unless expressly included in your purchased service, third-party products and clothing purchases are separate from professional styling fees.
Product availability, pricing, delivery, fit, quality, and retailer policies may be controlled by third parties.
Educational Programs
FSMC and CCMC provide education, guidance, frameworks, tools, and support based on professional experience.
Participation does not guarantee any particular financial result, business outcome, sales volume, customer acquisition result, or level of profitability.
Results vary depending on numerous factors including effort, market conditions, implementation, experience, pricing, execution, and individual circumstances.
Consulting Services
Consulting recommendations are informational and strategic in nature.
You remain responsible for your own business, operational, financial, legal, tax, employment, and investment decisions.
You should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
No Earnings Guarantee
Any examples of revenue, sales, customer results, business growth, or financial performance are examples only and are not guarantees of future results.
Your results may differ substantially.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Donovan Messner, including presentations, videos, documents, worksheets, frameworks, processes, training materials, course content, graphics, written content, methodologies, and other intellectual property, remain the property of Donovan Messner unless otherwise stated in writing.
Purchasing a service or program grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use materials for your own personal or internal business purposes.
